Question 1

Is nano coating safe for kids and pets?

Accepted Answer

protectME® Textile is not classified as a hazardous substance under EU CLP regulation, with no skin or eye irritation identified in available testing. As with any treatment, we recommend allowing the coating to fully cure before children or pets have close contact with treated surfaces.

Question 2

How long is the nano coating warranty?

Accepted Answer

Our protectME® Textile treatment is backed by a 3-Year Future Peak Warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and proper care of the treated fabric.

Question 3

Will nano coating change the look or feel of my fabric?

Accepted Answer

No — the coating is designed to be invisible once cured and not alter the color or texture of the fabric.

Question 4

Does nano coating stop stains completely?

Accepted Answer

No treatment makes fabric completely stain-proof. This type of coating is designed to help most liquid spills bead on the surface rather than soak in immediately, giving you a window to wipe them away before they set — intended to reduce staining risk, not eliminate it.

Question 5

Can nano coating be applied to any fabric?

Accepted Answer

Most upholstery fabrics are suitable, but we assess each surface individually during inspection, as delicate or specialty fabrics may need a tailored approach.

Question 6

Is this the same as ceramic coating for cars?

Accepted Answer

No — while both use nanotechnology, fabric nano coating and automotive ceramic coating are different products engineered for very different surfaces. This service is specifically for textiles and soft furnishings.
